Tao-Ming Cheng
President Tao-Ming Cheng has received his Ph.D. in 1996 from the School of Civil Engineering, Purdue University. He is now the President of Chaoyang University of Technology. Professor Cheng's major is in the area of construction engineering and management. His research interests include simulation of construction operations, construction productivity optimization, and ergonomic studies on construction operations.

Hsi-Hsien Yang
Prof. Hsi-Hsien earned his Ph.D. degree from Department of Environment, National Cheng Kung University in 1998. He is now the Dean of College of Science and Engineering at Chaoyang University of Technology. His main research interests include atmospheric air pollution monitoring and measurement, characterization of air pollutants from emission sources, mobile emission monitoring and control technology, PM2.5 measurement and control.
